An Egyptian political researcher, he earned a Master's degree in Political Science in 2012, followed by a Master's degree in Business Administration in 2017, and then a PhD in Political Science from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University in 2022.
-His research interests encompass a diverse range of topics, including political science, research methodologies, management, macroeconomics, and law. He has published two books: "Disciples Without a Prophet" in 2013 (Cairo) and "Social Movements and Political Parties: Political Islam in Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco" in 2023. He has also authored numerous studies on political parties and social movements, particularly Islamist movements, religious parties, and jihadist organizations in Egypt and the Arab world.
He received the State Encouragement Award in Economic and Legal Sciences, specifically in the field of political parties and their role in political socialization, in May 2024.
